If we get zero victories in the SCOTUS with states breaking Federal election laws with no retribution for those actions there is going to be serious consequences beyond "we all know they cheated". I hope SC justices understand what will happen. They seem like very intelligent people. If they don't they will.
SCOTUS has already stated that the Constitution trumps covid restrictions based on these 1A rulings related to churches. I would imagine that a State disregarding its own laws and its own Constitution would also be struck down.
I can't believe the SCOTUS would take too kindly to the Constitution being set aside to hold an election "safely" during a pandemic.
They would only rule PA's mail-in ballot program illegal because they didn't follow the process described in their constitution to make voting changes. It wouldn't apply generally to mail-in ballots in other states.

A ruling against PA would apply to all the swing states (and more), if it declares mail-in voting un-Constitutional. That would mean we win-by a LOT.
