SCOTUS has already stated that the Constitution trumps covid restrictions based on these 1A rulings related to churches. I would imagine that a State disregarding its own laws and its own Constitution would also be struck down.
I can't believe the SCOTUS would take too kindly to the Constitution being set aside to hold an election "safely" during a pandemic.
Have you seen the people at Walmart at about 11PM at night. One night I saw a lady beating on her poor kids who were so tired and she was getting shit that could have waited til the next day but of course she was like I will take them to Wally world now. Oh and she brought her friend/sister around with her so instead of having them stay at home and get some sleep just fucking up her kids.
They would only rule PA's mail-in ballot program illegal because they didn't follow the process described in their constitution to make voting changes. It wouldn't apply generally to mail-in ballots in other states.
“Because the laws governing the conduct of elections were flagrantly violated in numerous states during the 2020 presidential election, there can be no determination of presidential Electors pursuant to state law. As such, the Constitution makes clear that the responsibility rests with state legislatures to appoint Electors. This should be done as expeditiously as possible, but the only deadline state lawmakers have an obligation to meet is the one deadline set forth in the Constitution — noon on January 20, 2020.”
Separately but converging, Team Trump and Powell’s team may be consolidating a SCOTUS case based on these multiple statutory and Constitutional violations, including state legislators breaking their own laws. Election results in all swing states may be ruled illegitimate, or SCOTUS may issue an injunction for a forensic audit. As for time-frames: “Safe harbor” and even the Dec. 14 deadline are federal laws only, not Constitutional provisions. The litigation could conceivably continue till AT LEAST Jan 6.
That’s my 2 cents, and, yes, that doesn’t buy anything these days. But like everyone else here I hope SCOTUS comes through, and well before Jan 6 or Jan 20.
The problem with this case is, the PA election rules broke PA Constitution not necessarily the US constitution. So I’m interested to see what they say about this

With a virus with 99% recovery rate
WHO accidently, inadvertently confirmed the virus has a .14% death rate by saying their calculations predict that 10% of the world has been infected.
Have you seen any study that shows a list of prominent Democratic politicians who’ve got the Chyna virus?
They didn't seem to cover Kamalas team catching it very much
Damn. That's even higher than Rush Limbaugh's %correct, as certified by The Sullivan Group!
are you enrolled in the Limbaugh institute for advanced conservative studies?
And 90+ % (not gonna google the exact) percentage of deaths are in morbidly ill fat old people most of whom are literally in end-of-life care homes.
Yeah, if you can wait it line at Walmart, you can wait in line to vote. Period.
This.
Why not put vote centers in walmart?
Boom! Liberals wouldn't be able to cheat. They cant stand "smelly walmart people!"

Or pray there.
They'd just stuff the walmart ballot boxes
Right?!
Or request a legal absentee ballot
A ruling against PA would apply to all the swing states (and more), if it declares mail-in voting un-Constitutional. That would mean we win-by a LOT.
IF....

Also from a selfish mutual interest position...their power would be watered down with court packing.
