We already know the machines are capable of a weighted race. The question is, was this feature enabled during the election and those testing the machines discovered it using this test OR was this a demonstration of the weighted race feature by conducting a test where they first turn the feature on and demonstrate that the weighted race is in fact a real possibility on these machines. Not enough info yet..
