There's something very odd going on with the FBI/DOJ. John Ratcliffe had a similar reaction to Rudy's when he was asked about Barr and the FBI this morning. Both Ratcliffe and Giuliani express dismay, but they never show outrage, which would be the natural thing to do. POTUS kind of reacts the same way...he'll let us know in a few weeks if he still has confidence in Barr. 2.) Most of the PA Legislature terms ended Dec 1st. So without certifying the results downballot, the PA Legislature quarum is only 25% of the Senate, to pass a SLATE of ELECTORS. So PA is a bit unique. 13 Repub and 12 Demo.
3.) States that cheat, and send fraudulent Electors, will lose 25-50% of their House seats in congress for 10 years (2022-2032) as per the 14th Amendment.
4.) An Outline fix the FBI, clean it up by removing most of the crap like espionage and foreign operations; so it can do it's proper roles/job like investigating local/State government corruption. And this keeps foreign spies/deepstate/corruption further away.
5.) A SIMPLE OUTLINE by State Legislature is all that is required per the US Constitution; they don't need special sessions or even most rules/procedures.
