Here's where we can ask The New Georgia Project why they are violating GA election law by giving away things of value in exchange for registering to vote especially at a high school where people are not eligible to vote

Can Nonprofits Provide Incentives to Individuals to Register to Vote, to Vote, or to Reward Them for Doing so?

NO. In any election in which a federal candidate is on the ballot, federal law prohibits any individual or entity, including 501(c)(3) nonprofits, social welfare organizations, and unions, from knowingly and willfully paying, offering to pay, or accepting payment either for registering to vote or voting. Penalties include up to $10,000 in fines and/or imprisonment up to five years. This prohibition applies only when the act is knowing and willful and does not require that the payment actually be made or that any individuals actually register to vote or vote. A payment includes anything having monetary value (e.g. cash, lottery chances, the promise of government benefits such as supplemental nutrition assistance, or even a glass of beer or slice of pizza).

Leftists violate laws non-stop and the reason is often because they think their efforts are so virtuous that they're entitled to break the law. Until they start being punished for these acts it will continue.

FOLKS IN GEORGIA NEED TO DEMAND SHE BE PROSECUTED

Exactly. Enough wrist slaps

Kongol626 2 points ago +2 / -0

DAMN REALLY? I remember in freshmen year of college they had something called rock the vote, something to do with gay p diddy, and if you registered you got to watch a free concert. I never knew this was illegal. Been happening for such a long time then.

Note "FREE PIZZA" on boxes.

Wonder if anyone tried to grab a pizza and was told they had to register.

msl0727 [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

Are you mixing up dominos branding with what theyre doing with the pizza they bought?

See comment...

3
TEXinLA 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think they already did that. None of the other major chains have "FREE PIZZA" printed on the box.

6
LongKnifeKnight 6 points ago +6 / -0

That’s the dominos branding. It’s marketing for one of their promotions. Get the reading glasses out.

2
Ithrowawaay 2 points ago +3 / -1

Dominos≈dominion, coincidence!?

I think not.

4
HowardRoark 4 points ago +4 / -0

John Podesta likes "free pizza" 🍕👶🏻

2
TEXinLA 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's the buzz.

3
MakeAmericaWinAgain 3 points ago +3 / -0

That’s a dominos promotion. “Piece of the pie rewards”

2
TEXinLA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Looks like a bit of subliminal messaging CYA.

It is illegal to give a voter money or something of value in exchange for registering to vote in a federal election.

My thought is that she could point at the "Free Pizza" and say that anyone was welcome to a slice, not just those who registered to vote.

1
MakeAmericaWinAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe, but very unlikely

2
TEXinLA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why?

Certainly she was aware that it is illegal to give something of value in exchange for registering to vote in a federal election.

Her defense is on the box. "Free Pizza".

2
MakeAmericaWinAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah, free pizza... if you purchase 10 or more Dominos(Trademark) pizzas with Piece of the Pie(Trademark) rewards. Unless she’s working a dominos campaign, I really doubt she can use that as an excuse. Plus, the whole with a purchase of 10 or more pizzas thing is written right on the box too.

Domino's has a points system where if you get 10 points you get a free pizza.

Pikes985 9 points ago +9 / -0

Has she been arrested yet?

2
MakeAmericaWinAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, but she’s getting awfully shaky about it. Keep poking. She’ll give in.

Some states allow preregistration at 16, vote in primaries at 17 and automatically registered at 18.. And allowed to vote if bday falls before or on Nov 3rd... Question is are they checking this? Probably not if they don't even check signatures

2
MakeAmericaWinAgain 2 points ago +2 / -0

GA you can register and be eligible to vote at 17.5. However, according to Trump Team, they took this into account when counting the underage votes.

And even they were of-age, “buying” on in this case, rewarding kids with Pizza for registering to vote breaks GA law.

Sure, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Look into how many of these happened. They were likely collecting a lost of kids info to follow up with to get to vote regardless of age. Hard to prove they used minors though. Bust for the crime you know they committed and then use that to get the list.

Ah OK.. The pizza

4
ChicagoMAGA 4 points ago +4 / -0

Ew, Domino's. I know this is Georgia we're talking about, but surely Parent could have found better pizza to persuade high school students to register to vote.

3
MakeAmericaWinAgain 3 points ago +3 / -0

As a Georgian, this is about as good as it gets with pizza

2

Some high schoolers are 18 though.

9
Jimmy_Russler 9 points ago +9 / -0

You think they care? According to Trump's data autist tens of thousands of underaged kids voted in Georgia, and this is probably how they got them to do it.

2
Rs5150 2 points ago +2 / -0

Idk if they care. I’m just being objective. It’s not unusual to see voter registration at high schools as many students have recently turned 18... Not everything is evidence of illegal activity or conspiracy. In this case there is a perfectly logical explanation.

2
Braineack 2 points ago +2 / -0

Care? This election has proven they want as many illegitimate voters as possible being its designed to be non-transparent and unverified. If you challenge it, they will fight it tooth and nail.

Please confirm/clarify- this is registration to vote. Not voting. How is this buying votes?

2
msl0727 [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

See comment...

They setup outside of high schools trying to influence kids to register and of course they likely followed up with kids on their list to go vote. The act itself is illegal.

Happened in CO. County clerk of Boulder has her little organization called New Era and they did the same thing on the CU campus. These people must be ripped out of their elected positions and held accountable.

1
AmerikaUberAlles 1 point ago +1 / -0

You only have to be 17 and a half to register to vote in GA. That being said, yeah it doesn't look good offering pizza for registration but unfortunately this is a bit of a grey area. She's not really breaking any laws. She can easily claim this is simply an awareness drive to educate young people about the importance of voting, nothing more. Do what know what she's really trying to do? Reading between the lines, sure, but this isn't enough to command a disciplinary action.

1
msl0727 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

No she said in her Facebook post they were registering kids.

The New Georgia Project

Sounds like a group of Likudnik neocons planning to invade Mississippi, or something. I’m picturing Bill Kristol talking with a twang and throwing in a bunch of “y’alls” on Fox News.

1

It just gets you their list they likely used containing minors.
