I think we'd need exact precinct numbers to see if this machine was present at a precinct Solomon determined to be "seized" at any point in time on election night to say it "matches" or corroborates anything in Solomon's work.

Which means after a manual recount of the entire county, 37 votes were flipped. That extrapolated to 14,000 votes for all of Georgia, where the margin was 10,000 (without ballot stuffing and other immoral/illegal/unlawful measures).
We must consider that their fraud is to make it appear 'close'.

I don’t understand where you are getting 0.26%. If they ran 100 ballots for Biden and he had a 26% lead as the tweet indicates, then he would have 126 votes. The tweet does mention whether or not trump then had a deficit of votes to make up for Biden’s magic ballots. So it would be 26% or a multiplier of 0.26 added to Biden’s totals.

Nor does this report cite exact precinct numbers for where these ballots were originally counted; it is just reporting that the machine produces inaccurate results. It doesn't need to do more than just that to prove the unreliability of the results on election night.

I read on another thread they got a result out of 100 equal votes Biden/Trump that 87 went to Trump and 113 went to Biden. The difference being 26%.

If 37 of 14,192 total votes in Ware County were switched, that is 0.2607% of total votes were switched.
Georgia has a total of 4,935,486 votes, and Biden leads by 11,928.
0.2607% of 4,935,486 is 12,867 votes. 0.26% is more than the margin that Biden leads.
