Must be common core math. Equal number of votes for each candidate doesn’t result in a tie but a lead for one candidate.

Well you need to break the number apart. 26%, now first take 2 and 6 as a fraction, 2/6. Now reduce it, 1/3. Now remove the fraction and you have 13. Now what does that look like? The letter B, and what does B stand for? Biden of course.
