Is this not sedition? It's an attempt to overthrow an elected President. Very bad.

6 months for sedition is a good risk/reward. Although his family will bear the shame for all of written history, so there's that.

Right. And if his plot succeeded, an innocent man would have been impeached. No less the POTUS. Not convinced.

KC has been singing now for up to two years.

If some low level dink is given a short sentence, and his plea opens up a trove of now, publically recorded evidence against the big 7th floor conspirators, then THAT is a compromise I am willing to accept.

Just as predicted, a low level person gets charged.

Plea bargain.

They released this to scare the bigger fish.

Can a plea bargain include an agreement to testify against higher ups or provide evidence against them?

Let's hope that's what's happening then. Could be good.

We knew about Durham sighting on this guy a few months back.

We heard that KC had been arrested and was singing an aria back two years ago when the FBI seventh floor was being systematically purged.

Is this how a plea will result in massive discovery drop in the agreement, which has been used over the last two years to line up cases against the rest?

Put a flair on it. Makes it more eyecatching

Sorry, can't believe Durham actually fucking did something. Gonna apply Bongino 24-hour rule and see if this is somehow an error.

The past 4 years have solidified in my mind that our beurocracy is entirely too corrupt and inept to deal with the attacks on America that come from within it. The only fix to this problem is either the complete destruction of our "institutions" or emergency war time powers to the executive branch so that they can dismantle by decree. Change my mind.

There's another branch of government that can effect change peacefully and it's improperly and underutilized: petitioning. If we had 80 million working on petitioning what's needed now, not only could we control 2022, but that's a ton of optics to leverage change now.
