... and those algorithms still weren't enough. They had to shove those piles of ballots through the tabulators over and over and over and over again.

I think two different levels of steal have been identified. (I think)

1.An individual machine-level ratio (as described by Ron Codemonkey a few weeks ago) which is a “feature” Dominion said was included for condo-board elections.

And

2.A tabulation-server level steal (aa described by Edward) which holds a quantity of votes and redistributes them In flipped ratios to different precincts according to a wheel-number based algorithm.

...this is in addition to more traditional “boots on the ground” tactics of ballot-buying, ballot harvesting, dead voters, etc. which also happened all over

  1. RETAIL Thievery. Run of the mill, standard Dem-spec election day thievery. Electronic descendant of good old fashioned ballot box stuffing.

  2. WHOLESALE Thievery. The new wrinkle for whole-state Dem-spec stealing of elections. The steal is made with huge asymmetric ballot dumps from OFFSHORE, timed strategically.

Currently, all legal challenges are of the Type 1.

Just the warm up.
