Robb Hurst saw this on the page of a 'Ms. Browning' on the Tift County Republican Page, and apparently Browning heard it from a 'friend' and is not sure of the original source. So this is not first hand knowledge, and we really need video of the whole thing.
Robb replied to his own tweet with this info, when he was asked where he got the info.
