the vast majority of American do not think in legalistic terms. They can barely comprehend the significance of this. They just did the inspection thinking nothing will be wrong. Most American are just naive, they just go with the flow, to anyone on this board these findings just verify what we know, to those checking it will take weeks, if not months to wrap their head around it.
