If the fuckery were undone and votes were rightfully given to Trump reversing this algorithim Trump votes the 12,997 votes would be subtracted from Biden and given to Trump, with some perhaps going to 3rd party (around 1%-2%), it would put Trump in the lead by around 13,000 votes per the notation below:

2,474,702 TRUMP, giving Trump a LEAD of 13,098 in GA (+12,737, estimating ~260 votes to 3rd party)
