The kitchen will fight with the service staff all goddamn night, the managers fight with both sides, all night. In the mean time, everything is still getting done exceptionally by all sides, and as soon as a customer starts being a dick, they all come together because “Fuck that piece of shit customer, who do they think they are?” It’s a weirdly effective circle with lots of money to be made in it.
