I'm actually shocked to see this thread because I randomly filed a complaint yesterday after looking up what their rules were for broadcast content. I was pissed off watching ABC News lie so I reported them & demanded they take action. They're getting a new FCC chair so maybe they'll actually do something for a change.
FCC Complaints actually do sometimes get things done. I’ve filed a few and been contacted within about a week or so with a resolution. One of the only interactions with government that I’ve been satisfied with.
What was it about?

Any citizen can file a restraining order, it is simple, effect, and holds serious legal weight if filed correctly. Do a write up of the complaint, file a restraining order, and if enough citizens do this the courts will take it seriously, not to mentiont the main stream media will begin to shake in their boots!

There can be no president elect, per precedent set in 2000, without a concession from the other side. Trump has NOT conceded, therefore there is no such thing as the "President Elect" and subsequently, no such thing as the "Office of...."
It's your local TV and radio stations that have FCC broadcast licenses. It's those licenses which are subject to public comment when they come up for renewal.
