Republicans Begin Filing FCC Complaints About Networks Who Falsely Claim Joe Biden is the ‘President-Elect’

FUX SNOOZE Trump-Deranged Gargoyle Chris Wallace Corrects HHS Sec Azar over Biden’s Title: ‘He’s the President-Elect, Sir’

We Need Lawyers to Explain to us how to circle this square of

47 CFR § 73.1217 - Broadcast hoaxes. ,

in the context of the:

Smith-Mundt Modernization Act,

specifically:

WHICH IS RIGHT?

WHICH OVERRULES THE OTHER?

Obviously SMMA is a "newer" Act; does an ACT overrule a Federal Statute?

Can this be challenged in court to determine which one "wins"?

Please explain to us in a simple language.

Thank you!!

Any citizen can file a restraining order, it is simple, effect, and holds serious legal weight if filed correctly. Do a write up of the complaint, file a restraining order, and if enough citizens do this the courts will take it seriously, not to mentiont the main stream media will begin to shake in their boots!
