Is it federal crime if somebody commits fraud in a federal election at the state level?

I believe it's a federal crime to tamper with any election.

Locally, it would depend on how you perpetrated the fraud. If you used the mail - that’s federal. If you used local resources and voting booths? Probably just state laws.

nope, if there were federal candidates involved, it's federal.

I totally agree. I was talking about if there were local elections, with fraud. Like a mayor.

Of course. State and Federal laws both cover Presidential elections.

needs to be the newly cleansed (by Trump) FBI. Or perhaps military tribunal would be clean?

The old FBI appears to be nothing if not entirely corrupt at this point...

The deal with the FBI seeming to be leftist sympathizers out to get Trump - could it be because certain key supervisors might have come from Ivy or otherwise leftshittarded colleges? Like taking a critical race/gender studies class alongside their criminal justice class or something?

Yes, tampering with a federal candidate is the part where she fucked up.
