  1. The machines themselves were switching votes (as demonstrated in Ware county)

  2. The central server was switching votes (as seen by vote totals flipping/reducing on election night)

  3. Good old-fashioned boots-on-the-ground ballot-tampering - stuffing, backdating, shredding, counting multiple times, forging, printing, harvesting, etc.

Yes, 3 also includes: out of state, duplicate votes in many states, dead, too young, felons
