someone tried to tell me the SC can force a winner. I was like naw they may say a candidate was not able to run but they cant force EC votes to anyone. Opinion???
No but they can say the election was illegal. Then congress will challenge their delegation and if they challenge wi pa az ga then no one has 270 votes and the house will pick the pres and senate the vp.
This has been the goal the entire time. That is, to force the election into the HOR and Senate
