Can they audit and redo the voting in time? I guess so, its 3.5 weeks off. I live in GA and I know that Perdue and Loeloffer (sp) were elected and no need for run off if the votes were to be redone.
It kinda is a confusing process. There is no legal provision for another Presidential election before 2024. If the popular vote is thrown out, State electors are then chosen by State legislators directly. This is what's in the US Constitution, which doesn't provide for or mandate a popular vote for POTUS or VP.
Any State's electors can be thrown out by VP for fraud, on 1/6.
Recounts and even audits have been a colossal waste of time and worse, a complete sham. Not to mention $ millions apiece.
