Look through the back door, you can see the "blacked out" windows have a heavy tint, not really black. That's not odd. It's the paper over the door windows that's wrong.
Just saying, many buses in Arizona have really dark windows because otherwise you'd cook. However I believe those door windows are not supposed to be obscured.
