In Nixon Vs JFK, Hawaii was initially certified for Nixon and electors were selected. But the recount gave it to JFK well past safe harbor and electoral college day and Democrat legislature sent their own electors due to the recount. On Jan 6th, the Democrat sent electors were accepted.
