Not very good with the posting things. Tried to put a pic in a post selected image post and when I hit save it just keeps saying post must be image text or link. Any pointers would help

save the pic to your PC downloads folder , then when you click on a image post here your download folder should come up and you scroll thru , find the pic and double click on it
