Not very good with the posting things. Tried to put a pic in a post selected image post and when I hit save it just keeps saying post must be image text or link. Any pointers would help

What format is your image?
Just a pic I took on my phone it shows up on the post then proceeded to tell me I need to select image text or link I hit image and it just tells me the same thing
