Imagine if this virus situation didn't exist the way it is being expressed in the media and you were walking down the street and this guy started talking to you out of nowhere and begged you to wear a mask thinking you needed to wear it because of a virus pandemic?

I'd probably think "Aww! Poor guy. He is mentally ill. He must be homeless. I should give him a couple bucks to get a meal."
