This one is a remington 770, Safe Act compliant, except for the Cucumber flash hider. It was actually my first gun. Hold 4 in the magazine plus 1 in the chamber. Some people hate it but I have no real gripes with it being that it's a budget rifle. I think it ran just under $300 or $400 iirc.
