Mittens is dirty. I think all these jerks hate Trump because they succumbed and Trump did not. That's all I can come up with.
What did Trump do on his first try that Mitt tried his whole life to do and failed. Someone else might prominently have hated him because of this too.

Did you not follow the run-up to the 2016 election? Trump called him one of the dumbest candidates in Republican political history. They were going after each other viciously, and Mittens made a very nasty speech accusing Trump of all kinds of stuff. He should have been mad at Rove, because Jeb! stole all of Mitten's thunder. I believe Trump passed him over for a cabinet position too, or SecState, I forget.
I remember the "Dumbest candidate ever" quote, that's when I first started picking up on Trump not being your usual candidate. :)
