There were 14,192 votes cast in the county, and the hand count audit showed that the electronic count had taken 37 votes for Trump and given them to Biden. No. The person in the image is correct. It is 26%. They didn't use the actual votes and the total votes to test this. They simply took 100 ballots for each candidate and fed it into one machine. The totals ended up being 113 for Biden and 87 for Trump.
100 votes fed into the machine for each candidate. Trumps ends up with 87 and Biden 113. That is a difference of 26%. Either way it's definitely confirmation that the machines were seized.

He mentioned they ran a sample number of equal ballots for Biden and Trump and the results came out 113% Biden to Trump 87% from the original numbers.

Although it’s also 37 ballots were switched in the run which makes it confusing with the 37 switched found from the hand recount.
