MFW my state, the one that no one seems to give a shit about, is the most based and uncucked state in the entire United States of America.

Yeah, but Arizona gave us John McCain and Jeff Flake. They need to be reminded of that for at least a generation.

I do believe RINOs are Democrats who infiltrated GOP. Many sleeper cells.

But the Supreme Court doesn’t deal with state law, except as it pertains to how state law might be in violation of federal law or the Constitution. When an issue deals exclusively with state law, it is emphatically the duty of the state Supreme Courts to pass final judgment. I’m not sure if this particular case only deals with state law, but a state Supreme Court ruling in our favor is certainly a big deal.

Morokei 26 points ago +26 / -0

Don’t agree.

The US Constitution requires a presidential election that complies with state law.

US Supreme Court can determine if US Constitution violated by not following state law because the US Constitution requires them to follow state law.

So it’s a federal question the federal court can decide.

aaafirefly123 3 points ago +3 / -0

It has more of a basis than half of the Democrats law suits.

9
bootsy_two_scoops 9 points ago +9 / -0

Almost anything can be a constitutional issue if you can argue that a law wasn’t applied uniformly. That’s how they got the FL recount to SC in 2000.

4
Hans_MacGruber 4 points ago +4 / -0

If this is Sidney’s lawsuit, then there are equal protection violations alleged in the complaint. That’s federal.

2
bighomiebeenchillin 2 points ago +4 / -2

but it does brah. if a state passes a law and da governor dont follow his own mfin law then da supremes can smack that nigga down and enforce dat shit brah shits constitution 101 my nigga whats da point of election laws if da state not even finna follow it lmao? da supremes are there to SLAP da hammer on da block n make da law followed
