If Pres Trump is acting energised and cheerful now, I'd interpret that as saying he has decided the public majority has reached the point of revulsion with Dem/Deep-state/Leftist/globalist tactics, where the public will support him (and the army) in going full Rambo on the treasonous, lying, cheating, murderous bastards.
