Scripture records Eve as having changed the Commandment, not Adam. Which makes sense being that she also is recorded as the one to eat the "fruit" first... It certainly wasn't God, as He repeats that He commanded "not to eat of", and Adam claims she "caused him to eat of it" NOT she made him "touch it"...it seems unlikely Adam would have told her "not to touch", as he knew there was no such Commandment...and I don't know what you mean about "the difference" Chapter1 details the days (plural)while Chapter 2 details the Day of Man's Creation...is that what you mean?
