If your election can't be totally observed from cast to count then it's rigged.
Observers in local precinct all day, watching the manual counting of paper ballots is the cheapest, safest, more reliable election. The only purpose of anything else is fraud.
It's not just that people can't vote them out because of fraud but these corrupt politicians have been in power for so long, most voters are demotivated to even vote in local elections because it's always the cronies who win.
Also, it's worth noting that at local elections, it has been shown at an academic level that you can literally simply buy your win at the local level. Whoever has more money and spends it toward traditional campaigning wins. The only time this doesn't hold is when a new competitor uses social media in an ingenuitive way that maximizes money spent.
YEp. Soros funded getting a lot of judges, AGs, SoS, sheriffs in office. Other groups of leftists targeted school boards, corporation commissions, county recorders and others involved with voting.
And then there are the leftists encouraging leftists to go into civil service and municipal government, things like health departments etc.
