Yes, will be interesting to see what's in Sidney's lawsuit. As for the EO, I definately think it's coming. There's just so much going on behind the scenes - there's huge amounts of military aircraft traffic going to and from GITMO, blacksites, DC, and other places in the US and elsewhere, replacement of military leadership with loyalists (particularly Ezra Cohen-Watnick, Flynn's protege, at SpecOps), and so on.
I don't what to think about Barr but I'm leaning towards compromised but irrelevant. Trump, Giuliani, etc. seem dismayed when talking about him but not angry like they've lost. Also, the report due by the EO is from the DNI, not the DoJ, so Barr's not involved in that process.

Possible there was an exhibit in Sidney's lawsuit which we would of never seen? which is due for a response I think tomorrow or Tuesday?
Which could be basis for Trump to invoke his EO on foreign interference? Which is why NYT just reported Barr wants no part of this and might resign?
