Ergo, the court would have dismissed under a 'cause of action' ripeness theory had he sued before the harm. It's so outrageous. How can the PA-SC 'judges' even look themselves in the mirror? Demonstrating yet again, the Dems (the ends justify the means) are craven people with a depraved heart. Did they come up with this Laches BS on their own - or did they adopt the Lawfare briefs? Laches ? Seriously ? Under this reasoning you could never challenge an election result - ever. And we know that is simply not the case. I hope Alito flames them to a crisp.
