You aren't supposed to see military intelligence working, that's the point. Flynn team auditing machines, Germany op, lots of clues though.

If your enemy is in a weak position do not move them. He knows what and who they are and has them all under one roof.
What does he gain by clearing house now? 1-3 people in jail, and the rest scattered all over the country doing god knows what.
In their position he has given them all the rope they need to hang themselves.
When the walls finally come up, everyone on their side will be caught in the trap and wont be able to escape.
Furthermore he will have way more evidence on them then if he had stopped them now.
I've been wondering the same thing. POTUS hasn't even touched on the subject of why Wray still has a job. The FBI buried exculpatory evidence while POTUS was impeached for Biden's crimes. Why on earth would POTUS leave Wray there?
