I’m guessing similar to what mine technically was in NV: in person mail in. Which I don’t know the rules in NV but there was no record of me being there in person. I walked in with my mail in ballot pre-filled out. There was a kid that asked, right before a put the ballot in the box located in the in person voting center in Las Vegas nev on Election Day, “is your signature on it?” “Yes” I responded, putting the ballot/envelope in the box. And that was that.
With the new Nv COVID rules, ballot harvesters were permitted to collect and drop off as many ballots as they wanted. (Previously you were only allowed 10 and of family members only).
