If a teacher is against in-person learning, they are saying the individual attention they give to students is disposable. Frankly I don't respect them like the ones who think of their classes as their family for the year and miss them.
Pay the teachers who volunteer to go back first more money. Let the at-risk teachers teach online, and let the rest find another career.
