Based purely on the information in the article it’s a legal grey area, but if the elections officials fucked up it’s kind of on them and not the candidates. If people are pissed about being disenfranchised blame the county election officials who screwed up and disenfranchised you.
I am not surprised. Heard on Twitter they do all the time in the Western states like CA, WA, and OR. I think they do this with Omar, Talih, Waters AOC. Probably did this to Klacik too.
Of the 55, 11 have to be tossed due to voters not registered somehow still managed to get a mail-in ballot.
The others are from Chenango County, which is pretty red. They might increase her lead, if they're legit ballots.

What we have been saying they'd pull. It's no ones fault the law wasn't followed, the Chyna flu was unprecedented, no one could have prepared for such an event. We must count the votes even if a law or two was broken, we can't disenfranchise voters now can we?
Judge is going to rule on counting the 55 more ballots thus overturning an election establishing precedence... next up overturning the presidential election.
I'd certainly like a win, but a lot of Regressives have been sitting fat and happy with their stolen victories, so giving up a single House seat so they won't know what's going on in the Supreme Court could work out, though I'm in a greedy mood and I want it all with no care for optics after the widespread theft.
