The second argument, is about the Seized Dominion Voting Machine test. This is about after-the-fact checking of manipulated Dominion systems to see if they were counting a Trump vote as a Trump vote. They weren't. This specific machine was pushing, assuming a ballot = 1 ballot, a 0.87 Trump:Biden 1.13 as tweeted here in the second tweet: https://twitter.com/robbhurstCPA/status/1335557578798010368

I believe the number 37 is just a coincidence in the two arguments.
