If the SCOTUS tries to dodge this, pushes it back to the states, and the coward GOP legislatures still proceed with the illegal votes... yikes! They're going to prison.
POTUS is letting this play out through the courts, but he has a lot of Presidential powers he can use if peoples rights have been violated by the state, 14th amendment. Or if there is an attempt to overthrow the government. So if this is not fixed, and nobody in government is upholding the constitution, to defend our constitutional right to vote. President Trump HAS to, and he said he will.
