I want him to Cross the Rubicon, but what if he doesn’t. The fact is, we don’t KNOW that he will. That is a truth. I think we need to make plans, as a group, IRL, to discuss what needs to be done. A Continental Congress, if you will.

You have gone a step further than me. I have had trouble sleeping atm with anxiety that forensics on the machines might come back clean.

Thanks for the new anxiety!! Le sigh!

Why deplete your energy worrying about things outside of your control? Doing so represents a win for our enemies blatant psy op mind/heart poisoning operation. Please get well asap. Please resist spreading the poison. Learn how to protect yourself. #WholeArmourOfGod

We need to make plans if this way of thinking turns out to be true.

As Trump says "worry destroys focus" so why would you worry, especially about things totally outside of your control? FOCUS on positive actions that YOU can do each day then DO them.

This is absolute nonsense. This case is very important because it is a constitutional issue affecting a federal election. It will set precedent for the legislatures and courts in WI NV MI AZ and especially GA.

Only thing that can derail this thing is legislatures or SCOTUS cucking out.

Hence my point on a Continental Congress. A scene from John Adams comes to mind when debating whether or not to declare independence: β€œOnly the people can make such a declaration!” Adams: β€œNo! No, the people are waiting for us to lead them!” We need to step up and lead.

Can SCOTUS force states to withdraw their electoral votes?

Yeah - but Bush was a swamp rat. So, whoever won benefited the uniparty.

Relying on SCOTUS when both sides are clearly in on the steal, with possible complicity from state agency, is just wishful thinking. The only reason SCOTUS may rule for the truth is if it is to avoid a civil war. It is on us.

Fun data point: all three of Trumps SCOTUS picks were on the Bush legal team who finally won when SCOTUS heard their arguments and agreed with them. Team Trump is making the same legal arguments twenty years later that they made. The three justices are now on the other side of the bench. Imo this is movie tier plot symmetry.
