Cancelation of 9/11: Khalid Shaikh Mohammad this month, petition filed called "Mr. Bin al Shibh’s Notice of Declination of Joinder and Motion to Consider a Separate Position" on 4 December. No idea what that means.
What's really scary, and what you should care about more. This is a 9 year old case, and its still ongoing. If you're looking for quick results. I dont think military courts are the answer.

Case 1 charges filed 2011
Case 2 charges filed 2012
Case 3 charges filed 2019
Case 4 charges filed 2011
Case 5 and 6 charges do not have dates, they are tied to other cases.
