Part f his argument is correct. We learned yesterday that the two equal (Trump / Biden) stacks of ballots gave a 26% edge to Biden. Those vote counts weren't routed through the servers at Scytl. The cheat was localized to the machine.
However, this is the part Barnes is missing: The Democrats cheated in every way they could think of. So just because these votes were manipulated by the machine, doesn't mean that votes weren't also manipulated during the international routing through DVS and Scytl servers. Barnes is arguing that we should go after the known, easily demonstable fraud, whereas I say we should expose all the avenues of fraud.
As for getting the same result with hand recount - he is missing a crucial piece of information. When the servers manipulate the votes, it tells them how much new Biden votes are needed and how many Trump votes need to be destroyed (in addition to whatever crap they pulled in the counting stations).
These "ballot correction" can only be caught if they check for signatures and do thorough audit. Otherwise, the updated count comes back each time to match the machine count.
These people are not dummies, they created this system over past 2 decades with this being their only goal. This is the reason why Chinese had to print millions of fake ballots - because the votes flipped by the machine is in millions.
Ive listened to Barnes for quite awhile, he's a smart practical dude. Reread his message. He's saying that the manipulation and overseas argument is a tough sell after hand recounts produced some of the same questionable results. He's not arguing there wasn't programmatic fraud, its just that its a harder argument to sell and its much easier for the MSM and normies to ignore if they're told things like "a recount was done nothing changed.." Barnes is good at what he does, I think its wise for him to focus on what he believes is the winning arguments, additionally I think the fraud experts should focus the forensic audits of the machines / data.

I didnt say dont hold him accountable, its about being respectful. People can be wrong, but lately yall on TD want to cancel anyone who says the wrong thing. There's holding people accountable and there pitchforking.
I have never advocated for him to be canceled so your assumtion is completely wrong .As to your other point about being respectful , well he is a lawyer , he makes a living out of making arguments whether they are grounded in fact/ evidence or not for his clients . That is how he gets paid . And considering he is someone with such stongly held opinions & is equally strong putting them out there I see no reason as to why he would object to such treatment or not subjected to the same treatment he reserves for others .
