Poland is based and here is a verse from a song in this game:

"I used to pray to God, but I think he took a vacation 'Cause now the state of Cali is ran by these corporations The skyscrapers shadow the homeless, the population The degradation they face, it should be an abomination They body parts is stolen and sold to the richest patient And we the mercenaries at war with the active agents The legislators that work for the sadists that kill the babies That die in the back of a bullet-riddled Mercedes Just to serve, murder them and the chauffeur"

The original material from the 80s tabletop game Cyberpunk 2077 predicted SJWs and their power struggle of oppression.

CDPR seems like they have tried to appease the woke game journalist crowd while also trying not to compromise on the actual story or experience.

I will also say, cyberpunk as an idea is kind of a naive lefty thing. Muh evil corporations running the world. Muh planet decaying from overpopulation. Etc.

I don't think that overpopulation is an issue in the Cyberpunk universe, what with the nuclear wars that wiped out most of the cities in America. Night City is the last standing megalopolis from my understanding.

Talking about the Cyberpunk genre in general.
