It is irrelevant at this point.

Judge Sullivan can play tyrant from the bench for another year with Flynn, he is wasting his time. Any order he issues, any further hearing, etc is now unlawful and will be ignored.

I would imagine he could be charged with obstruction should he proceed any further.
