California pede considering Carson City outlaying areas.

Went to a Trump rally in Minden. Drove from the Bay Area in San Francisco California. Now that we work 70 / 30 remote, We are considering buying property in Nevada / Carson City greater area. Felt like Trump Country. Am I right? Any tips?!
