Reason is they know PCR test 94% are false positives so nothing to worry about. Only if you got a sore throat are you even contagious. 30% of us are already immune.

They have been told not to get a test unless they feel super sick. This eliminates false positives and leaves only real cases. Nearly zero real cases.
