I experienced a v minor bug, I was able to enter my login creds on /login and it redirected to authorization.win, but never redirected back to td.win (but it did log me in okay).
Are you using any weird privacy plugins?
I wouldn't call em weird, but I use uBlock origin
EDIT: the issue is sorted now btw, I got logged out again and when I logged in this time it all worked flawlessly.
