Exactly. The President was the compromise and they spat on him for four straight years and stole the election to prevent him from taking a second term. I wasn't happy with most of his policies, administration or his willingness to bend over backwards foe Democrats, but I knew it was the only way to avoid conflict and I was happy he was trying.
