Wish we had an experienced MILITARY TRIBUNAL ATTORNEY? That way, GITMO and executions for treason could be on the table. (cue SIDNEY POWELL).

It was an issue at the General Flynn hearings. There are lots of articles saying she IS but, you're right about bio's. I looked at a couple and it's not mentioned. But there are lot's of articles (duckduckgo) that say she is.
