in 2018 there were 153.07 million registered voters. Currently, there are 155,452,086 counted votes. So not only would the number of voters from 2018 have to grow by two and a half million, not an impossibility, but every single registered vote in the entire US must have voted in the election. Yeah, tell me how likely that is that any country has 100% voter participation rate.

not possible at all. i mean, in australia voting is madatory by law, yet they still only get 85-90% voter turn out while facing fines/jail time.
